The BSPP is responsible for editing three international peer-reviewed journals:
Plant Pathology is an international journal that publishes research papers and critical reviews on all aspects of plant pathology. It is published by Wiley-Blackwell Science and the senior editor is Dr Matt Dickinson.
Molecular Plant Pathology is a an international journal that has a special interest in publishing papers that emphasise molecular analysis of pathogens, determinants affecting host response to plant pathogens or their interaction. It is published by Wiley-Blackwell and the senior editor is Prof Marty Dickman.
New Disease Reports is a peer-reviewed, international, open-access electronic journal. It aims to provide a vehicle for rapid on-line publication of new and significant plant disease outbreaks caused by fungi, bacteria, nematodes, phytoplasmas and viruses. It is published by the British Society for Plant Pathology and the senior editor is Dr Rob Black
BSPP News and BSPP Books
The Society also publishes BSPP News which is sent to all members three times a year providing information on our activities and many of the proceedings of our Annual Presidential Meetings and meetings with other societies are to be found online in the archives and in published books.
